Biography
Tosin Oloyede is an MBCI-accredited Business Continuity professional with nearly a decade of experience strengthening resilience across telecommunications, financial services, and the public sector. He currently plays a leading role in shaping the Business Continuity strategy at VodafoneThree (formerly Three UK), where he has helped to design governance frameworks, recovery strategies, and third-party controls aligned with ISO 22301 and the Telecommunications Security Act.
Throughout his career, Tosin has actively contributed to ISO audits, developed Business Continuity Management (BCM) operating models, led organisation-wide Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), and created practical continuity plans that provide structure and clarity during times of disruption. His work at AIG, State Street, BAE Systems, and several UK local councils highlights his commitment to building continuity frameworks that are not only strategic but also highly applicable in real-world scenarios.
Tosin brings a servant-leadership mindset, combining technical rigour with a strong sense of responsibility to deliver value for both organisations and the people they serve. He holds certifications as an ISO 22301 Lead Implementer and Auditor and is deeply passionate about embedding continuity as a living, adaptive component of everyday operations.
